When you look at a colour swatch, it may sound a little mad, but by holding it up against the wall your about to have painted can actually fool your eyes into seeing the colour swatch at a different tone and shade.
My tip – is to paint a couple of white piece’s of A4 size paper with at least two coats of the tester pot paint then hold the piece of paper against the fabrics and soft furnishing in the room instead, you will be amazed how much more accurate and true the colour will actually look.
